I know what it’s like to feel like a stranger in your own body.

It’s hell. And I don’t wish it on anyone. I’ve struggled with decades-long eating disorders and mental health issues, isolating myself from friends and events simply because I didn’t like the way I looked. I didn’t like myself. I’d love to say I hit rock bottom in my self-loathing, saw the light, figured it out, and am now completely fixed. But life doesn’t work like that. Instead, I’ve dedicated the last 11+ years to fixing the relationship I have with myself, my body, food, and movement. I know what it’s like to ride the roller coaster of finding self-love and self-respect. I now know it’s a daily practice I must keep coming back to–a practice I so deserve.

And so do you.

I’ve built a way back to myself using yoga, intuitive eating, and intuitive movement–and it’s my life’s purpose to help you do the same.
