I get it. I’ve been there. I can remember a time when I counted every calorie during the day and ended up binging like all hell at night, only to promise myself I’d wake up the next morning and start anew. I’d FOR SURE wake up early and go for that run. I’d FOR SURE eat only 'healthy foods.' And with every sunrise, my body was too wrecked by the late-night destruction to stick to my plan. And the cycle would continue.
If that stung a little, we were meant to find each other.

You’re scared of establishing a movement practice (exercising, working out, whatever you want to call it) because you’re overwhelmed with where to start. I’ll teach you the basics of movement using just dumbbells, and you’ll be a pro in no time!
I teach a weekly, all-levels, vinyasa yoga class at my home studio. You can join in person. You’ll be challenged, you’ll learn about yourself, and you’ll leave feeling empowered.
